Our Story
Many orthodontic practices have team members whose training has only been what they have received on the job. Many dental practices have no one on their staff with any orthodontic training. Recognizing the need for orthodontic training courses for both dental and orthodontic practices, we founded Forever Aligned Club Academy.
Proper training makes a world of difference when it comes to the art and science of orthodontics. Any orthodontic practice can benefit when its team members are professionally trained and better equipped. Any dental practice that can add orthodontic services to its business plan has both a new profit center and a distinct competitive advantage. Meet Our Consulting Team
Cindy Thigpen, TC
Cindy has been the lead Treatment Coordinator for one of the largest orthodontic practices in Georgia for the past 22 years. Her knowledge in the industry has made her an expert in new patient exams and treatment planning orthodontic cases. Her clinical experience comes from two generations of leaders in orthodontic practice.
Christy Hubard – CDA
Christy Hubard is a dedicated CDA-certified orthodontic technician with an impressive career spanning over 20 years in the dental field. Her consistent desire to learn paired with a wealth of experience and expertise makes her a standout in the industry.
As a seasoned professional, Christy has successfully navigated various roles within dentistry, showcasing her versatile skill set and commitment to patient care. She has been a driving force in delivering quality orthodontic services, utilizing her technical prowess to ensure patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
In addition to her role as an orthodontic technician, Christy holds the esteemed position of Lead Teacher within the Forever Aligned Club Academy, an indication of her passion for education and sharing her insights with the next generation of dental professionals. Her ability to mentor and guide others underscores her leadership qualities and dedication to the growth of the field.
Ms. Hubard’s decades-long commitment to excellence has earned her recognition and respect from peers and patients alike.
